CLT Marine Leadership
The ownership group at CLT Marine is composed of seasoned professionals with a deep understanding of the operational requirements and challenges of US offshore wind projects.
Robert Pearce is a Managing Partner at CLT Marine. He is an innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in business development and leadership positions. Formerly the Vice President of Boston Line & amp; Service (BLS) and a board member, he
established and managed the Union Dredging Division at BLS. He developed clientele of all the dredging majors in the US and executed more crew transfers on a yearly basis than any other company outside the Gulf of Mexico. Rob was also on the board and past president of the Port of Narragansett Propeller Club, Board Member of Boston Line & Service, Advisor and Consultant of De Foods.
Robert graduated with a degree in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection from the Massachusetts Academy.

Ed Anthes-Washburn serves as the Managing Director of CLT Marine. Prior to joining CLT in 2022, Ed was the Director of Business Development for Crowley Maritime, leading their offshore wind business development efforts including the Salem Terminal
redevelopment with CIP. Before joining Crowley, Ed served as CEO and Port Director of the Port of New Bedford, MA from 2015-2020. He also served as the Deputy Port Director and Director of Operations dating back to 2010. Ed co-founded and is Vice Chair of the New Bedford Ocean Cluster, a non-profit network that develops offshore wind supply chain opportunities for regional businesses.
Ed received a B.S. from Cornell University and M.S. from the University of Massachusetts- Boston.
