Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ)

At CLT Marine, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) form the regulatory and operational foundation of everything we do. Our Health and Safety Plan is not just a statement of intent—it is a living, compliant document designed to meet and exceed U.S. Coast Guard requirements and the expectations of major offshore wind developers, tier-one contractors, and regulatory authorities. It outlines rigorous procedures for hazard mitigation, emergency response, crew training, and environmental protection. Reviewed regularly and enforced across all operations, our HSSEQ framework reflects our deep commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in every marine environment we operate in.

1

Leadership and Commitment

Our leadership team actively drives HSSEQ strategy, embedding safety and sustainability into all levels of planning and decision-making. We foster a culture where every employee is empowered to participate in and improve our HSSEQ performance

2

Risk Management

We use advanced tools to proactively identify and control hazards across our operations. From job hazard analyses to emergency preparedness drills, we ensure our teams are equipped to prevent and respond to risks effectively.

3

Health and Safety Training

Ongoing training ensures our personnel stay current on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental awareness. All programs meet national and international standards, with employees receiving certifications that reflect their readiness and professionalism.

4

Environmental Protection

We implement sustainable practices across our operations, including fuel efficiency strategies and responsible waste management. Our goal is to minimize environmental impact while supporting marine logistics and transportation.

5

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

We track key performance indicators (KPIs) using technology like MobileOps and conduct regular audits to evaluate and refine our HSSEQ programs. This data-driven approach ensures continual improvement and alignment with evolving industry standards.

6

Implementation and Accountability

HSSEQ compliance is monitored through regular reviews (USCG, IMCA-CMID, client vessel onboarding inspections), corrective actions, and transparent communication. We also engage clients, partners, and regulators to ensure our standards not only meet but exceed expectations.
